These 50 min sessions are specially designed to be safe through all stages of pregnancy and you work at a level which is comfortable for you at all times.

 

Classes are suitable for anyone at any stage of pregnancy.  

 

You can bring a baby/toddler along to these classes at your own risk, as long as they are happy to be secured in a car seat or pram for the duration of the class.

These 50 min sessions are specially designed to target the 'problem areas' new mums suffer from and help you get back to your pre-pregnancy shape.  

 

Classes are suitable for anyone from 6 weeks after birth or 10 weeks after C section.  

You can bring a baby/toddler along to these classes at your own risk, as long as they are happy to be secured in a car seat or pram for the duration of the class.

These one hour sessions are a power walk from the hall car park to Laleham Park, where we will perform some core strengthening exercises before returning to the hall.  

 

The route covers 2.5 miles and takes place in all weathers, unless conditions make it unsafe.  (You will be contacted in advance if a class is cancelled).

 

Classes are suitable for any stage of pregnancy or postnatal recovery.  

 

You can bring a baby/toddler along to these classes as they can be pushed in their pram and enjoy some fresh air with you!.
