Private Group or 1-2-1 Workouts

If you prefer to workout in the comfort or your own home or you have a group of friends who are interested in having fun exercising together, why not try my private workout sessions?

These sessions are great for busy or new mums who don't have time to get to classes or don't want to disrupt their little one's routine.  Why not let me come to your home for a workout so baby can play or sleep comfortably whilst you exercise?

Group Training
1 hour session - £8 per person, per session, payable termly in advance.  Min 3 people, max 6.

1-2-1 Training
1 hour session - £20 per session, payable termly in advance.

I'm happy to travel within a few miles of Sway in the New Forest so if you're local please do get in touch to book your workouts.

Sessions can include workouts with various equipment including skipping ropes, agility ladder, balls and resistance bands as well as giving you a physical and mental challenge with a BATTLE ROPE!  An innovative way to work your whole body and melt fat fast!  (The battle rope will require a metal spike to be pushed into your garden for the session , which causes minimal damage).

Sessions are suitable for any ladies, whether you are a mum or not!  If you are pregnant or just had a baby, please check with your GP first.
