What a brilliant personal trainer, I had so much fun Debbie is a great instructor who talked me through each exercise, demo'd it and then done all the exercises with me. I have done barely any exercise since I was 7 months pregnant my son is now 2.5 years old and Debbie made me feel like I hadn't missed a day in the gym so kind, encouraging and a lovely lady to work with � summer body here I come! Debbie you're stuck with me now!! X

Great class really tailored to individuals needs' and combat problem areas. Being outside is fantastic too, my little boy loves sitting in his pushchair in the fresh air and generally napping whilst I workout. Thanks Debbie!

A really mum and baby/toddler friendly exercise class. Debbie is super welcoming and enthusiastic about getting our butts back into shape. She's got a range of equipment, including the battle rope, and hosts in lovely outdoor venues.

Fun, relaxed & friendly classes. A fantastic way to get fit & enjoy the outdoors with little ones. 
I like the variety between the Monday & Friday classes & go to both when I can.

Debbie's workouts are great, it's really nice to be able to exercise outside and feel relaxed taking your children with you without the worry if you need to tend to them, my toddler enjoys the workout too! The exercises are set at just the right level and I can feel myself toning up. The battle rope is great for all over strengthening.

Really enjoying the weekly outdoor workouts at Wilverley Inclosure, a perfect way to work out while being distracted by beautiful scenery and good conversation. It's not only about getting fitter after having my son, it's a bit of freedom too from the normal routine. It's made a massive difference to my piece of mind - I can do it! Thanks Debbie xx

What do people think about my Virtual Fitness Training Scheme?


"I recently asked Debbie if I could have a virtual training exercise plan made for me, my goals are to lose a little bit more weight and tone up and I wanted to exercise and do stretching in the early mornings and evenings once my kids in bed. I completed a questionnaire first which was very simple and straight forward and emailed this back to Debbie. The plan I received was excellent, within a couple of days, and very detailed. I was surprised at the detail then realised that because it's virtual Debbie cannot and does not rely on the person having knowledge of the exercise or stretch she has suggested so must fully explain it. She is also there for online demos and to check I am doing things correctly. I think this service is great and wish I had thought to find out more before when we first because friends last year! It's perfect for busy people who cannot always get to the classes they want to and have to fit exercise around work and a busy family life. Highly recommend it."

Love this, the service you provide is brilliant, you have a messed my plan to suit my changing needs. I went into this for general health and it's working wonders I'm feeling amazing. You're there on hand no matter what, even when I went gym and forgot my plan you gave me great advice and pointers to get the most of my session. "I loved my block of personal training sessions with Debbie. She is a great, motivating instructor and happily worked around my 2 children. I am also really pleased with my virtual fitness plan which Debbie has recently created for me. It is detailed, clear and easy to follow and is exactly based on my specific needs that we have discussed. Debbie is also in regular contact with me to find out how I am doing and offer motivation. As a Mum of young children herself, she is definitely in tune with my requirements!"
