Virtual Fitness Training Scheme
For just £35 you can have have a bespoke 6 week fitness programme designed especially for you. You simply fill in a health and lifestyle questionnaire and a fully qualified instructor will tailor-make a fitness programme and email it to you to follow at your convenience.  It is suitable for any stage of pregnancy, postnatal recovery or general fitness in the years after you have had your baby.
 
Once a week the instructor will email you for a progress report and check whether everything is going well.  If you have any queries or would like support or advice between weekly checks you can email at any time or call during the day for a chat.  If you are not sure how to do some exercises to begin with the instructor can set up a Skype session with you to demo the moves!
 
When you have completed your first 6 weeks it doesn't have to stop there.  You can keep subscribing to further 6 week plans and receive an upgraded training programme each time to continue improving your fitness.
 
You can choose what sort of exercise you would like to do, when you want to do it and where you want to do it.  If you don't want a 6 week plan, let us know what you need and we can design a bespoke one for you.  This online service is a great way to fit exercise into your already hectic schedule or even to complement a weight loss or detox programme.
